  3. Avon ZZR Medium compound tyres. Bought new in Feb 2016 for £474 (I still have the receipt). 2 x 185/55/R13 A64 Compound, E Marked & 15156 2 x 215/55/R13 A64 Compound, E Marked & 15157 These are the ones on MSA List 1B for 2016.   6. I've got so many spare parts that I've nearly got enough for a second car. So I thought that a nice long term project would be to put my spares on a second chassis and at some point in the future I will have another Caterham instead of piles of Caterham bits. Would consider a bent one and could get Arch to straighten it.
  7. Thanks very much for the clarification. Did the MSA mention where they would be printing this statement or putting it on their website? Given the twists and turns I want to laminate a copy of the clarification to store in my kitbag and highlight the relevant tyre markings in white tyre pen.

  9. Use the gravity bleeding method - it takes a while but I've never known it fail. Just undo a bleed nipple and let it drip through a bleed pipe into a jar. Keep checking the master cylinder to make sure it doesn't drop too low and let air in. Do 1 corner at a time in the correct sequence. Probably takes 10 - 20 mins a corner, hence pro mechanics don't do it, but it's fool proof. You can also busy yourself with other stuff whilst it's at it, just keep checking the master cylinder level.
  10. I'm after a trailer to tow my widetrack Caterham to Hillclimbs and sprints next year (after driving it to all events in 2015!) Something light and single axle as I will need to maneuver it quite a bit off the tow car. I'm in Leeds. Please PM me with what you have.

  12. That's how I read it too. I won't sell my soft ZZRs yet until I see the championship regs, but this will make all current Hill records unobtainable if 1C is out. Next question then - what's the best tyre in 13" on list 1B? Avon ZZS?
  13. I'm after a used set of Caterham Bilstein Race dampers, as supplied by the factory on R300 racing cars or the R400 etc. Please message me with what you have.
  14. I've been offered an MBE 9A4 ECU, but it's currently got a Hayabusa map on it. Would anyone be able to email me a base map (or any map) for a Sigma that would allow me to drive the car to a rolling road?
