looking for a new/nearly new radiator for R400 K series, car currently has triple pass but mostly road use so would also consider standard, Radtec standard or ultimate or equivalent.

Before buying new thought  worth asking, anyone changed and got one above available?

Mark, you can test the gauge by earthing wire to ground, gauge should show full deflection. Nearly always a faulty temperature sender. 

In addition to warm it up, lube it I find that technique of getting bottom lip of hose on thermo housing and push up and hard gets it on but it can be a b****r! Persistence unfortunately.

other option to remove thermo housing and do on bench but comes with risk of getting thermo housing back on which is even more pleasurable!
