There are no ident numbers on it and Caterham have not been able to give me a valid part number. So.. does anyone know the Lucas part number for for this little beastie! Ade Ray Posted April 17, 2004 Author Share Posted April 17, 2004 Hi cskip Thanks for your post. It turns ouit that NSB101 is no longer on Lucas's computer system. I remembered that someone had said to me that the starter was the same as that used on early sierra models and that was enough info for Lucas to find the right starter: Part No. LRS110 - £65.69 including VAT on an exchange basis. The starter was identical to the oe Magnetti Marelli unit that was fitted to my 1996 1600 Xflow save that it has a 'cold start' fitting on the solenoid which is just redundant.
