shn7
Does that guy expect to sell the individual items or all of them as a whole? As he has it people are bidding on the whole lot and there doesn't seem to be a reserve (or it's been met already). Looks to me like he may get stung Steve. Manxseven
Steve He needs to post each part separately. He could always put them For Sale on here Simon Emmens Caterham and Pussy Photos here 😬
Tight fart
Ebay is an aution site, you bid for the goods on sale as a whole.
Roger Ford
He's just using ebay for (almost) free advertising. He presumably doesn't care if people give him negative feedback when he refuses to sell the lot for a tenner, since he doesn't have any feedback to start with. What he may not realise is that ebay will charge him 5% (or whatever it is) of the closing price - so if anyone bids serious money he could have a bit of a problem. shn7
Fred May well do that as there is one part in that lot that may be of use to me. Steve.

mav
I have just bought the other Apollo for a friend - at a VERY reasonable price!! The chap is an ex race team manager apparently and he is selling off all of his 'leftover' bits
jackb_ms
Zak Do you know from which engine the exhaust manifold is? Jack Emily, The Very Yellow
Eddie White
He's using Ebay very smartly. He'll just close the auction before it finishes, cancelling the bids. All he will have paid is a 20p listing fee. Clever bit of advertising.
Ferrino
Ferrino - why? Because he should pay up like every other genuine Ebay seller out there and advertise items individually if they are not to be sold as a job lot. Why should genuine users be made to pay for people who abuse the Ebay system?
zak
Hi All, Couple of responses for you. While I appreciate that this gentleman is not perhaps using Ebay in quite the spirit it was intended - he is abusing the system, it has worked for him - we are talking about it ( well writing on here about it ). Perhaps the best approach as previously mentioned would have been to advertise them on here. Where did I get the Carbon boot floor and petrol pipe cover? from 'Richard in France' - his contact details are in this months Low Flying. Very good incidentally. Jack- What engine is the exhaust manifold for I 'think' its for a K series but which type of K dunno. Ask him! cheers all Zak See updated pics of THE car here
