Take a look at the bush where the A frame bolts to the diff casing.

This is the one that fails.

You may see little cracks/cuts in the rubber.

Its very hard to see any movement in this bush when just moving the frame by hand.

I'd just change the bush and see if it gets better.

Also check for any oil contamination, either from the diff or the engine.

Oil can kill an A frame bush in around 1000 miles!

 

The A frame outer bushes (the side ones) normally last forever and do not normally cause problems.

Check the tightness of your diff bolts too ..... my bottom was nocking like a bu**er recently, I tightened the diff up (no more than a quarter turn on each bolt) and the rear end is now as tight as a nun's nasty ... made the world of difference *thumbup*
