Tight fart
I need to fit an expansion bottle in converting from crossflow to zetec, It looks as though it will have to go above the heater, any ideas for a fairly flat bottle? Big Brother
I think the bottle most people use (on crossflows at least) is from a Rover 216/8 Rover part no is ROVER EAP 8713 There are a few pics here I have fitted one of these to the front panel of the scuttle on my crossflow Seven. Worked a treat. Steve Se7en-Up! Less is more!

STEVE GILBERT
My Zetec is on std Xflow arrangement with expansion tank under nosecone. I have a heater fitted and the set up works fine. I can post you a picture if needed. No problems in 20k. Out of interest are you fitting one of Ammos UDPs to slow the water pump/alternator? I have one and there is a picture on my website I think. Tight fart
The engine I have bought, has been removed from a Caterham and the plumbing it came with, is for the expansion tank on the bulkhead. Out of interest where have you mounted the ecu? This one is from Dunnell and is the size and weight of a house brick. STEVE GILBERT
Richard I would guess I have the same ECU as you although its not really that heavy. I mounted it on small Ali brackets that I made that pick up on the end cap screws of the ECU and fix to scuttle with small Self Tappers/Spring Plates (under transmission tunnel) I have posted on my Website the only useful pic I could find in stock where you can see it just in front of the Heater Looking at my pictures Im really going to miss this car.
