Blyton 22nd September

I've received the Final Instructions for this event. Is there a specific 'Blyton Park Declaration Form' in addition to the Club's? The instructions infer there are two forms. The Club's form to be sent to the office beforehand and the other form to brought on the day. Incidentally why does the Club need their form to be sent beforehand whereas the same form for the Sprint event on the 16th may be brought to the event? The latter arrangement is simpler and easier.

Posting here as thought the question was worthy of wider dissemination rather than simply to Simon.
