Northern Lad
Hi everyone. Does anyone have any experience of a rolling road not too far away from Retford, North Notts. I've got a 1700 crossflow with dellortos that needs someone with appropriate experience and skills to get the best out of it. My research so far has brought up a couple of names....Peter Burgess in Alfreton and Noble Motorsports in Chesterfield.Any thoughts would be appreciated. TomB
If you get up the M1, Dave Gemzoe is near Wakefield. He's got a rolling road.
Support Team rob spencer Posted May 10, 2023 Support Team Share Posted May 10, 2023 I've used Nobel on a number of occasions now and have always been happy with their work both on tin top and sevens. My seven has been on their rolling road but only to optimise cam timing, not to map the ecu. They have been around a long time now so they must be doing something right but whether they have the expertise you're looking for . . .? Give them a call, they're always helpful
mph
Depending on your definition of 'not too far', Northampton Motorsport is probably 1h45 from you. I've used them and they're very good.https://vimeo.com/772136995/1f988ce424
GordonW
Dennis Vessey Barnetby Le Wold, the original Mr Vessey is of Weber era and very knowledgable, not sure about any others there. The place looks a bit of a tip but the main man has a wealth of experience.
