Grease Points

I'm used to working on mini coopers, lots of grease points, where you keep pumping until fresh grease exits from the seals.

I think I read somewhere that this wasn't the case with Caterham UJs as you could damage the seals?

Is there a method, or is it just a "couple of pumps"every year?

And here's the new front UJ grease nipple (M6x1 long 23mm):

There's now a new one just the same on the rear UJ.
