No problem Alan *thumb_up*

Just to add, I have spoken to Henry Williams who runs it to get confirmation of everything we need from a safety side so you don't have to. Our Track insurers are more than happy that it meets requirements regardless of ATDO etc.

Well I really enjoyed today, despite the dodgy forecast. It was nice to meet Ian too *beer*

I got 5 sessions in the dry before a very wet drive home at 4pm. I also learnt a lot...

  1. My 310R has fantastic grip and braking - better than my previous S1 Elise.
  2. Driving on track in light rain doesn't require a roof.
  3. Just because my car is less than 18 months old and has covered less than 2,000 miles doesn't mean the expansion bottle cap can't fail! Fortunately Williams mechanics were on hand to diagnose and fit a new cap for me so a big thank you to them. It was like having my own pit crew!
  4. Those academy racers very quick, despite having lower powered cars.
  5. Graham MacDonald is very very quick in his 620S!
  6. The full weather gear is indeed completely watertight (and was needed on the drive home).

So all in all a really good first track day in my Seven. I'm looking forward to getting more experience on some L7C track days next year now *thumb_up*
