Half hoods

I have a Thundersport half hood from my old SV with a standard roll bar. I'm buying an SV with an FIA roll bar with the double diagonal.  Does anyone know if it will fit OK?

I don't think so. 

On an S3 the top of the FIA roll bar is a different distance from the top of the windscreen compared to a standard roll bar, so a half hood for an fia roll bar won't fit a standard roll bar.  I imagine it is the same for an SV.

I replaced the standard roll bar on my SV with the double diagonal track day version and the Thundersports half hood is a little tighter, but still fits ok.

Yeah that's what Thundersport indicated but I was a little sceptical so that's nice to know.  Better tight than loose as they say Martin!
