Gluing air filter foam

What sort of glue should I use? Have to glue a couple of bits of foam rubber together.

Depends if it is low, medium or high density.  Medium & high a contact adhesive might suffice - Evostick, Gorilla Glue & the like. Low density not so sure about but Gorilla Glue could be OK.

superglue works well on some foam as does ABS solvent weld, best to test and see what works on your type.

Carpet fitters type of aerosol contact glue. I got a large size in wilco and I think Halfords sell it as trim adhesive.

Also this is what upholsters use to glue foam/sponge together when making cushions from offcuts.
