However I feel that the user-friendliness is not really state of the art.By no means am I an expert, but I feel that an App would be the easiest way to become state-of-the-art. Do you have a means of tracking how many logins are done via laptops vs. smartphones? This may indicate the interest in developing an app to make it easier to access and generate content."Searching" is the other area which could be made easier.I hope I haven't come across as "complaining" or as a smart-ass...
