Stack Sensor

Can't tell that.

I've used an industrial sensor for more than ten years, where the main use of the car has been track (ab)use. The first sensor survived road use, but first time the brakes got really hot it expired.

And actually I have become a little in doubt if it has to be an NPN sensor and I have wired in a transistor to ensure the right "polarity" of the input for the dash. I know for certain that the sensor on my car is PNP as that's what I use everywhere.

- sorry, I'm getting old and senile. I would be able to check though. As the sensor has a connector and so does the Stack dash, so with a multimeter I can simply measure if it's 0-ish ohms (wire) or acts like a transistor does...
