Airbox fitting advice required.

I'm working on fitting what I believe is a Bernard Scouse airbox to my K series with QED throttle bodies.  It has 90mm trumpets and behind these 20mm spacers. Standard K series fuel rail in use.

I've tried both with and without the spacers. Neither has a clean fit without fouling something. I've rotated the fuel rail input hose and that's now ok.  I need to extend the fuel return hose to it has enough to get around the box at the front.

Does anyone have a detailed guide on fitting one of these and/or advice on with/without spacers?

Thanks Jonathan.  Problem solved. I'm keeping the spacers which gives a better verall fit for the airbox but does require it to be modified a little.

The recesses for fuel pressure regulator and clutch cable both need adjustment.

Fortunately I have a contact who having already done some repairs to the box is willing to make these adjustments and refinish the hole thing for the fun of it and a few beers *biglaugh*
