robjjones
Can anyone point me to where I can get hold of the wheelbase and track of the current 360 SV? Just checking garage space and whether I'll be able to use my inspection pit when I'm building. Thanks in advance,Rob.
robjjones
After a bit more noodling on the internet, I found the answer here:http://www.automobile-catalog.com/make/caterham/super_7_caterham/super_7_caterham_roadsport_sv/2015.htmlWheelbase: 2305mm Front track: 1270mm Rear track: 1336mmThe page claims to have the data for a Roadsport SV 125, good enough for my purposes.Cheers,Rob. Dr Slotter
If it matters, those numbers look like the 'standard/narrow' track to me. If your car is 'wide' track then the front track will be pretty much the same as the rear track. I can't remember if the new cars are all wide track or not, there appears to be no mention of it on the current spec sheets as an upgrade so perhaps they are. Dr Slotter
They also probably also don't include the wheels.
robjjones
Cheers Dr Slotter. I've gone back to the site and checked again against an SV and S3 model of the same year and the site gives me the same tracking for both. Rubbish. My search for reliable measurements I can trust continues.
