Duratec R400: removing/repairing/replacing wet sump

Update time....

I've just collected the repaired sump from the man recommended by Raceline (Paul Fox of Foxcraft Engineering, Stockbridge, Hampshire).  IMO, he's done a brilliant job -- but don't take my word for it, judge for yourself from these photos:

The work included tapping a new hole for one of the timing cover bolts.  And you can just see the outline of the fillet he had to insert (above the hole).
