Replacing the rear anti roll bar bushes ???

Yes, best put them in boiling water for a bit, apply lube to the bar, put on thick gloves and PUUUSH.

They do go on............................................................good luck.

For future reference (I posted this in answer to CycleSi's similar question on PH yesterday):

Assuming you're replacing knackered ones:

- Cut the old ones off with a knife.
- Warm up the new ones in some hot water.
- Liberally apply neat washing up liquid to ARB.
- Loop a medium size cable tie through bush and fasten.
- Push bush onto end of ARB as far as you can.
- Using the cable tie as a handle, pull it round the joint.
- Wash off washing up liquid.

Takes 10 minutes.
