Caterham Superlight R - NOW SOLD

UPDATE 1ST AUGUST

Staggeringly I have had 18 enquiries but unfortunately only have one SLR to sell !

Anyway it is Now Sold and I have no doubt the new owner will have as much fun as I have had *biggrin*

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With much regret I am selling my SLR after 8 years of enjoyment but only because I am getting a 620R *smile*

I am the second owner and the car is pampered, garaged, under a car cover and on a CTEK battery charger when not being used

Caterham Superlight R number 69, Caterham factory built 1999 (Dec), Kaswasaki Green with carbon fibre nose cone, wings, dashboard and aero screen, 1800cc VHPD engine, 22,000 miles, full service history with Caterham factory until 18,000 miles and specialist since, 6 speed manual, dry sump, LSD, interchangeable aero screen and windscreen, wet weather gear, uprated front hubs, Raceco exhaust, etc - full spec too long to list and available on request

First owner bought in UK with VAT paid but I live in Guernsey, Channel Islands so will have to be reregistered in the UK. I can deliver to Portsmouth, Poole or Weymouth and cost is c£120

Extremely reliable and any inspection or test drive welcome (flights available to Guernsey from Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton, Exeter, Birmingham, East Midlands, etc...)

Not sure how to upload photos so see some here on a local advert I have just posted: www.tig.gg -click on Vehicles or do a search for Caterham

Realistically priced at £16,500 ono

I spent a long time looking at SLR's before I found this one and whoever buys it won't be disappointed

Happy to answer any questions

Stuart

Hi SM25T I recall our correspondence in 2007 as it was only the year before in 2006 that I bought my 7 and joined L7C. Yes a 620R on Guernsey may seem extreme but most of my driving tends to be in France.

StuB thanks for the linky.

Four replies from L7C members straightaway confirms what CC said to me that SLR's are in demand !
