I know of someone locally who has a Quattro Sport.

It's been parked outside his farm office the last few times I've been passed.

I've only ever had brief dealings with him some time back but am seriously tempted to go and ask for a ride ❗

If it's a Sport quattro (small 'q') then it's a beast but don't offend him by getting the name wrong - their funny about details like that 😬 😬 (bot like us with our Westfields!

 

As for the ride, you won't be disappointed. I was taken on a 1/4 drag in one years back and 🥰

Funny how they had to choose an Italian number to make a German four wheel drive car sound cool. The Audi Vier wouldn't have sounded that great I suppose.

With the etymology of "Audi" it should have been a "Quattuor".

a neighbour of mine has built a sport quattro-alike from a LHD coupe shell which he cut & shut himself, and made a beautiful job of it. It's just been mapped and is apparently making north of 700bhp on a turbo the size of a dustbin. 😳 😳
