bobt
Not even DT can supply any, and have no delivery dates. Being blamed on the Japan earth quake. I would normally run 185x60x13 soft front and 205x60x13 medium rear. Would A048s be comparable? Cheers Rob
jakeandlizzy
I got some from this guy here a few weeks ago -- but back then it is was £140 a pair including shipping for 205s. here

davedlr
Have you tried Adams and Page in High Wycombe? [Linky] When I struggled to get some in March they came up trumps, and at good prices
Paul Deslandes
have a look at Kumho V70a tyres. They're the tyre of choice for hillclimbs and sprints in List 1B road legal classes. Much better than 048s and 888s. Look for Mel Williams contact details on Simon Rogers website 7 tips.

Paul Deslandes
depends on which compound you choose but I suspect you're right and even the soft k21 might not go too far. Has anyone done a road mileage comparison? Even the 888 SG might be pushed to do more than a couple of thousand. The GG might do a bit better (I think I've got these the right way around). Markiebabes
Paul I've had the kumhos on the road for the past year, hard compound all round did 3500 miles and i reckon the rears have another 1000 in them and the fronts around 2000 as they've hardly worn 😬 Great Tyres softs won't last for road use med or hards are best just changed back to R888's,GG's all round euro trip looming last time I had these got 5500 miles out of a set 😬 😬 HTH
Paul McKenzie
Chaps, What size Kumhos are best for standard 6.5" and 8.5" Barnby mags? 175 or 215 front? 215 or 235 rear? Thanks Paul

Roadsport06
Dealers are here. I had been told the next shipment wouldn't be until Christmas, I had the last 4 Toyo from Bridge in 185/65/14 and the other 5 I called had none. James at Bridge told me they wouldn't get more until July so maybe this is the next UK delivery?
