Pierre Gillet
I am trying to find a way to keep the side screens of my 1.6 K Seven reasonably transparent. I reckon they cannot be "cristal clear" , but at least keep their original transparency. Anyone with experience in this field?
Alex Wong1697456877
Renovo do a polish for perspex and plastic windows. It's for the windows in hoods (and sidescreens in 7's) but it works well for all clear plastic like helmet visors. It's not cheap but it works. Turtle do a glass polish which works as well but it's not as good. Renovo have a website and do mail order. www.renovointernational.com Alex Wong www.alexwong.net _________ / / ___ _/______ /_ ___ / (_) (_)/ /`-'/o/ _______ o/`-'/ / /// ( VDU7X ) \/ / /___/--_________/--/___/ Edited by - Alex Wong on 16 Sep 2000 15:27:48 Edited by - Alex Wong on 16 Sep 2000 15:30:
Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted September 16, 2000 Leadership Team Share Posted September 16, 2000 Pierre, "Mr. Sheen" works a treat, cheap and easy to use. It somehow hides any small scratches and marks. Bikers have used it on screens and visors for years, and generally worship the stuff (second only to Autosol chrome polish, but don't use that on your sidescreens!). Some even believe it to have afrodisiac properties!!!! Stu.

Pierre Gillet
Alex, I just went on the RENOVO site you gave me and found the products I have been looking for quite some time. I placed an order for the Plastic Window Polish and the Vinyl Ultraproofer. Thank you very much for your help. Cheers, Pierre

Pierre Gillet
Well an Anorak is certainly what I would chose and not... a "capote anglaise" ( bad joke that I am sure Jules will understand!).
