BenF Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 Hi folks, Seeing a thread on here about parts to take with you when on a blat, I've decided it's worth getting spare throttle and clutch cables for my K-series R300. Cost on CC website is £24 for the clutch and £33 for the throttle cable. Quite happy to pay that or is there a cheaper option elsewhere? Roadsport06 Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 I am fairly sure the clutch one is specific to the caterham, the throttle is a rover part, but you can get the inner part from a bike shop if you wanted. For the time messing around I just phoned CC and said I wanted 2 cables and were with me next day. I am quite happy to support CC but at the same time, I am trying to keep within budget - it just frees up more money for other stuff for the car....
