Hurtle Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Hi, Getting ready to start my new engine. First problem is that The Emerald is not seeing the Throttle position sensor. I am using the original 1400ss loom, I have tried a couple of different TPS's but both do not show any movement on the setup screen in the emerald Softwear, even when removed from the Jenveys and turned by hand. Hurtle Posted April 3, 2009 Author Share Posted April 3, 2009 I will get the Multimeter out and have another check, I was hoping there was a setting in the Emerald software I had missed. I was considering just rewiring the TPS. Whats the best way to remove the old pins from the ECU plug? Is there a special tool to do this? Jason.
