weeman Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 Couldn't start the car today, only to discover that the key fob had come apart and the coil had dropped out. I was very lucky to find it and put it all back together. I have now wrapped the fob and the spare in insulating tape to prevent it happening again. This is the 'proximity' type fob, not the 'plipper' type. If you have one of these you might want to do likewise as they seem to be quite fragile. _________________________ Be Lucky!!
