The software is very user frinedly and there is a quite active internet forum http://dtaforum.psycode.com/ I would not hesitate to buy another. The forum mentioned above can be of help for specific issues. Allan Warburton who builds the boxes has never failed to reply to one of my e mails & has in the past been of great help. D.
