caterhamnut
In anticipation of replies to this, what is armourfend? Am I right in thinking it is a clear film which protects from stone chips etc? Buda
Its posh sticky back plastic... can I have some? (Actually its apparantly a lot lot lot lot tougher than sticky back plastic - I dont think its sticky either? hasn't arnie got his seats done?) On a similar point I know mav has sticky back plastic on his - and I mean sticky back plastic as well - seems to work. Places to put armourfend IMO: 1. where the door touches the bonnet. 2. where the door closes and touches the paintwork 3. on the rear wings 4. round the top of the boot where the poppers are. Unfortunatley its all a bit too late for mine - need a good paint job first. Armourfend . com doesn't work Edited by - Buda on 29 Apr 2002 15:20:19 Edited by - Buda on 29 Apr 2002 15:21:

Andrew Russell
Use the 'search' facility as this subject has been discussed before. The Club gets a discount from the UK supplier if I recall. Andrew

mav
It is NOT sticky back plastic. I have the paint protection film, that is similar to armourfend, and does not come in ready cut pieces. This means more work, but with free labour...
