julians
I current have fitted an oil cooler (13 row mocal) using the caterham supplied mounting brackets which locate it directly in front of the radiator. At the moment water temps are not too much of a problem, however I think that when summer comes around I will start having cooling problems. Does anyone have their coolers mounted in an alternative place, somewhere that doesent restrict the radiator? if you do how have you acheived it. Gridgway
I think mine is behind and below the rad directly above the lower cruciform. Graham
Jason Plato
The SLR race cars mount theirs on the front x memeber with the cooler protruding through the bottom of a cut away nose cone - very suseptable to stone damage on the road I would have thought . Why not run it as it is and see if you do get and temp problems ? Dave
julians
I was going to leave it as is, until a problem occurs, But I thought I'd see what the collective ideas are on the subject.
