yankeedoodoo
This changes the focus of the earlier post regarding "sizing of injectors" so I am initiating a new post rather than possibly be accused of being a gringo hijacker/terrorist of other postings. What is the rationale for using 4 bar vs. 3 bar pressure? How much effect does this have on performance, horsepower, economy, system life, etc? Thank you for the excellent continuing education provided herein!!!
EFA
You need a bigger pump and steel braded hose. The dispertion pattern will be better at lower injector duty cycles (i.e. off peak fueling). Performance will be down to the combination of map/injector spec and fuel pressure, as is perfomance, economy etc. System life??? Mine still works!
