R400d Starting issues

Good morning still unable to get the engine to turn over immobiliser seems to be doing what it should be 12.6 volts at battery,  does anyone have like a flow diagram of starting circuit, ie battery to starter motor starter to isolator etc thanks .

Can't help but think the failure of the revcounter needle to sweep is relevant, though I've no idea why.

What happens when you try to start the engine... do you hear a click? Does the battery voltage drop, and how low?

Good morning Jonathan I do hear a click its not the starter solenoid voltage is 12.6 volts doesn't drop all eltrics lights horn etc work , I do not have hand sweep on tacho and red warning light on brake fluid master cylinder is lit . Checked voltage at starter motor and Alternator 12 volts same as battery its like il missing a earth .
