Caterham Supersport 140 engine bay

There was a thread on the forums (http://www.lotus7.club/comment/2102434) about the layout of the engine bay of a Supersport and (as expected) the official diagrams are not exactly blessed with clarity.  Someone suggested posting a blog of the layout so here is is.  If any further pictures are required please let me know :) Here is the car before the conversion to show how it looked in tracksport specification: Beforev http://1drv.ms/1xc9XN9 http://1drv.ms/1tQJKzO After as a Supersp

Things I have learned

A crazy pedal on the passenger side is a brake bias valve that allows you to adjust how much brake is applied front/rear. The further forward the more balanced it is to front/rear. Methinks I shall leave that alone for now The high level brake light was not broken - it was a FIA rain light and is activated by having lights on as well as the fog light activated. ahem Nothing is as simple as it first seems... I got some replacement 'glass' (polycarbonate) for windscreen but it was slightly thick

First post

I had been looking for a while and eventually saw a package that I thought would be ideal. It had a decent amount of spares, trailer and vbox - all things which I thought i would get long term. Decided to bite the bullet at the same time as purchasing car and got it upgraded from tracksport spec to supersport from McMillan Motorsports who I found excellent. Due to living in Glasgow the expense of going down and getting it done meant that might as well take the hit earlier on.   Anyway picked it
