They also have an alloy boss included that mounted a throttle potentiometer (used for fuel mapping). I used these very successfully with my 1800 X/Flow (RIP) and they are in fine working order. £275 ono

Since Xmas has come and gone I have decided to re-list my spare Raceco. It has an inlet of 2.25" and is the standard length item. The actual silencer can is 7.25" diameter. (The length is 29.5" measuring the outer skin. Add a further 1" at each end for the domes. It is the standard size unit. It has done all of 2 track days and a few road miles (150 or so) and is in almost new condition. It is taking up a lot of space in my cramped garage so there is a mega-bargain to be had at £340 (£600 new)

I bought this for a project but changed direction. It is brand new and unfortunately is taking up a lot of space in my garage. A lucky buyer can have it for a very, very reasonable £190 I also have a completely unopened set of Wosner forged pistons and PEC steel rods ready to drop straight into this engine with the correct OE bore and a CR of 12:1. Again, since they are no use to me I'll let them go for a song at £320

TIM50 - tried to reply to your BM but no luck so ........ Yes, it is passenger side. Mounting points were same a standard Caterham affair as this is the standard Raceco. Hence it should be a straight swap onto the car. The collector should have an OD of 2.25" to fit this can. Where are you in the country as you could try it perhaps?

I have a brand new short engine (blacktop) and a set of OE bore (84.8mm) Wossner forged pistons (high comp ratio at 12:1) along with PEC steel rods. All items are new and the rods and pistons are still in their sealed boxes, never opened. I changed my plan of building a high spec Zetec engine and sold the car.
