Phil wrote: Dear Steve, I Spoke to A Gentlemen recently at a classic car show in Essex, who is in the Lotus 7 Club, the reason for the email is I have a Reg No, C7 DOB , which I bought to put on my vintage motorbike But DVLA have now told me that this cannot be done as the bike is older than the plate.
