  1. One of the manager's company cars at work is being sold, and I thought it might be of interest on here? Audi A5 Sportback Quattro (5 door) 2.0TDi. Bought new in Sept 2010. 60k miles, full ASH. Deep Sea Blue metallic. The company is putting it up for sale at £14k - is this of interest to anyone? ps The company is in West Yorkshire.

    Goodbye from Me

Hi Geoff, I've only just picked up on this, having seen Low Flying. I guess I've not been on tracks for a little while (for reasons involving no Seven ). However many, many thanks are needed from me for the efforts you've put in over the years that I did have a penchant for going round in circles, in friendly conditions, with exemplary organisation by you. Top man - cheers Steve
  3. I guess this would have been useful on your European tour in the 7, but not quite so much use for a Skoda! Have a BTTT for me being mean
  4. Don't worry - it's bound to be wetter for next month 😬
  5. Oh aye. It would be lovely in the sun. Plus we spotted a green and yellow 7 (J reg) going the other way in the Cairngorms.
  6. You should have mail. East and North Yorkshire Area

    V12 BRO

Spotted leaving the Total petrol station on the A64 near York as I was going in (in the tin top) East and North Yorkshire Area
  8. Spotted in the car park. How on earth did you manage to get in and out of the "car park" / rutted field. I was glad to be in the tin top East and North Yorkshire Area
  9. As is this test of a linky: here

At the E&N Yorkshire Area meeting. Well done John - enjoy it whilst you've got it
  11. Go on then, Geoff. I'll join the madding crowd Form and cheque are in the post East and North Yorkshire Area
  12. Thanks to all for the valuable advice I'll take the suggestions on board, and try to get a go in a car with one fitted to see whether I like the experience before I commit ❗ East and North Yorkshire Area
  13. I've always strapped all 4 wheels down. Better safe than sorry - a chum used to just strap 2, one of which worked loose, resulting in the 7 "moving in transit"
  14. Hmm. Not sure I like the idea of reduced feel. I'm using the Caterham / AP 4 pot front calipers and standard rears.
  15. I'm considering fitting one of these on the basis that "since it's called uprated it must be better" Can anyone with one please advise about: - Effect on braking performance (on road and on track), - effect on feel, - any other factors. Someone has said to me that there is no brake circuit failure warning switch on these, and so they're not road legal / MOT passable. Is this correct? Thanks in advance. East and North Yorkshire Area
