  1. Hi Julian, if it is a wet sump and the bearing is sounding noisy it would be wise to also thoroughly check the clutch assembly. Also make sure the spigot bearing is ok as well. It would be unlikely that the operating arm as it is the standard robust Ford item. If it had the dry sump bell housing the first suspect would be the Caterham manufactured operating arm as they frequently fracture and bend hence the reason behind the PGM manufactured uprated arm.

  2. Hi Chris..

Andy has a brilliant Milwaukee battery operated rivet gun. It hasn't any kick back so no fear of scratching panels. Have a chat with him next time you are on phone. Best wishes Colin

  3. Hi Ralph

If you would like any information about the cooling system or indeed anything else about the 620 please feel free to give us a call during workshop hours. We are always happy to chat with fellow owners and advice is always available.

    Kind regards PGM

PS If you are local we will be at the Handcross in West Sussex meeting on Sunday 5th November for the London to Brighton Run!

  4. Hi C7 Owl

We have seen an email which we received at 13.01pm today asking a similar question. Are you Phiroze by any chance?

If so Andy replied to your question at 17.47pm, if it isn't you then we haven't received your email. Could you confirm whether it is you or not please? If it isn't please try resending it to andy@pgmsussex.com

    Kind regards Colin

  5. Hi Alistair

Did they provide you with a set up sheet after it was checked etc? If so there should be ride height information so you can check the height on a level surface.

    Best wishes PGM

  6. Ford pumps in general can and do fail although usually they are very reliable. It may also be worth checking with a motor factor as at least it will come with a warranty. I would be very suspicious of extremely cheap 'ebay' type pumps. Also worth calling Redline.

  7. Hi John

Although PGM are based south of you in West Sussex I (Colin, Andy's dad) regularly travel from my home in Beckenham to PGM. If we can be of any assistance please feel free to give us a call!

    Best wishes the PGM team.

  8. Hi Richard, the age old problem of a leaking radiator seems to be very common. Quite often the weep is very slight but also very annoying. I would be surprised if their is corrosion present on such a new car though. Think you are on the right track trying to establish exactly what is occurring. If you can access someone with easimap and a download lead it will be so much easier though. Depending on the area that you live I would have thought that there would be a club member able to assist with that?

Hope it all works out for you though, kind regards Colin

  9. Hi Richard, looking back at your original question are you experiencing a problem with the fan working intermittently? I totally agree with the comments about using easimap etc but if the problem is an inoperative fan do have a good look at the connector to it. We have seen several with corrosion which has caused overheating issues. Best wishes Colin Jupp @ PGM
