I had the same problem with my 150 Sigma. Carterham Midlands removed the flap when I took it in for a service and filling up is no longer a problem.

Hi Adrian, I have a Sigma 150 but it doesn't suffer from this problem although it certainly gets warm in the footwell. As others have said it might be a blessing in the colder weather. Russ

I've got a 150 Sigma and get about the same mpg as Toby. 35mpg. Russ
