    I put it on charge and went back and checked after 1 hour 40 minutes. Charger went from Orange to Blue and display on the battery now showing 14.5. I will start it again later.

    Thank you Jonathan for the early initial response that allowed me to get the appropriate bits ordered. As it happens I have indeed added a first comment in the Li ion thread.

    I have literally just fitted the JWM-PS-12 LiFePO4 and started the car straight from storage of the battery. Display was indicating 13.2. I wonder if someone can explain the starting behaviour in my 1.6 Sigma car? First press of Start often just produces a tick. Second Start literally flies! I've just put it on charge but I suspect it was full already.

    Thanks for the replies all. For some reason Blatchat doesn't nag me that there have been replies. Having not seen a lot of this I went ahead with 4 x rivnuts. I fitted the isolation switch and accessory socket a while back so had to work around them but things are not as tight as they look.

    Hi all Looking for advice please. I just bought a JWM PS-12 battery for my 7. It was suggested that I secure the bracket to the thin sheet metal where the Banner tray was with some kind of captive nut that you install with a special tool. Can anyone point me in a direction where I might find something - or perhaps suggest a different solution? I have to be honest my instinct is to bolt it and put generous washers underneath to minimise vibration. Thanks Rog

    I ran a PRS owners event some years ago and Gavin Mortimer, MD of Headline Music, gave me a bag of goodies. Unfortunately I was too busy to give them out on the day, plus there would have been a fight for them so I thought I would raise some cash for Prostate Cancer UK. I have 5 to sell, all still sealed. I would like to raise £100 so how about £20 plus £3 signed for postage? If you are all charitied out then lat me know what is reasonable. Pics in links below.

    A Seven and a Porker are a brilliant combination. Don't sell the Seven! My S3 will go through any gap. My Porker would need bodywork in many similar situations.

    I just looked and only the shelf support is bolted. The rest is welded. That's why it's like working on a solid piece of rock! Item still available.

    My late father worked in the West Midlands in a company that supplied the automotive and many other industries with cast iron components. Somehow I can't remember if gradually or suddenly this bench and Record engineering vice arrived in his garage. This is not a branded Workmate but heavily built one off. They have both seen some action but are fully functional. The bench is rock solid. It's a three man lift if all like me but maybe two stronger beings. Hard to put a price on. Offers around £30 for the two? Collection from St Albans. Working out how to post a pic but happy to send one in the meantime.
