Having had to take out aero fuel filler neck to replace o-ring and hose to tank, I can see Caterham removed lead free fuel spring flap from fuel filler neck, when refueling was very difficult post SVA in 2007. Has anyone any experience of removing the mount for the flap in the fuel neck? It is spot welded in 4 positions. It would be great to remove as filling up from a modern lead free fuel petrol pump is very slow despite Caterham having removed. See picture of flap mount to be removed. flap.

Connecting hose from Aero fuel filler neck to fuel tank started leaking yesterday with fuel dripping on filling at forecourt. Taking aero filler to bits, found o-ring between outer flange and aluminium extension on filler neck had broken as well as fuel filler hose. Fuel hose I can get from Caterham but any one know where I can get replacement o-ring and part number? 2007 R400 SV. Thanks.

Looks like I have inadvertently reset speedo code as reads 105764 or something similar, should have read Speedo earth thread

I have a 2007 R400, wobbly needle problem fixed in 2008 by fitting sturdier sensor mounting modification. Suddenly speedo reading about 1/3 -1/2 actual speedo through out range. Likely cause? Sensor failure, dodgy earth or failing speedo? You suggestions very welcome. Also milometer LED display loosing parts of numbers. Any fix?

I have some of the 3D printer brackets that I never got around to fitting. Decided to fit now with SPA mirrors. Advice regarding which type mirror eg GT vs for F1 and convex vs flat is best would be most appreciated.
