  1. Blue and orange stripes Looking good in the spring sunshine.
  2. Very similar solution. After wasting a day as you described, CC advised me to use a thin long screwdriver (found cheap one on amazon) to hold the top of bmw diff, gives more movement whilst sorting bottom bolts. Then once bottom bolts are finger tight, use the persuader knock the top bolt in (and screwdriver out). The top bolt is held in bushes that flex as you knock the top bolt in, so with bit of force it lines up.
  3. I know you said the washers were not in the packs. But your post reminded me during my build I found these washers in the bag containing the rear hub nuts! Anyway, best of luck with the build.
  4. Finished my build late last year and had same thought. Purchased some grommets the same size as hole from amazon and cut a star in centre for wire to go through. Made a cut from grommet centre to edge, hooked over the wire and super glued up the edge. Fitted light and grommet, which seals hole up nicely. Happy building Andrew
  5. I am selling a pair of 6 month old CJ Autos CM05A axle stands, following completion of my 7 build. They were a real benefit, but i now need the space in the garage for the car. Both stands are in excellent, almost new condition. Collection from Caterham or Chertsey (workdays). CJ Auto price new for the pair is £237, so £175 seems fair.
  6. Before I list on ebay, below pictures are of my Thule 928 towbar bike carrier with additional extension to transport a total of 4 bikes. In great condition, this LED Light model can also flip up allowing access to the hatchback whilst still loaded. It also comes with locks for towbar and bikes from a single key (2 provided). New equivalent Thule models are £750 and so I am looking for £350. Collection from Caterham or Chertsey (work).
