  2. Hi, Happy to sign up if there is a space left or anyone drops out? Regards Andy
  3. Anyone interested in joining me next week end in a fully supported Citroen C1 race car? We have a spare seat. If so drop me a message. Race of Remembrance 10th-12th November at Anglesey We have a space available in a C1 at Anglesey for the Race of Remembrance. This 12-hour, 1,000km race is the last chance to compete in a C1 before our 24-hour in May 2018. It's a very special event with the race spread over Saturday and Sunday; some night racing; and the unique pause for the Remembrance Day service in the pit lane, complete with a Welsh choir. Cost around £1,800 (actual costs will be divided between the three drivers) including support, accommodation, tyres, fuel. All you need to do is get there and feed yourself. Contact Meyrick on 07768 392962 or Meyrick.cox@btinternet.com if you're interested.
  4. No. The lights were supplied new with my recent 310R upgrade with no clips (see below) but they're very cheap. I never had them fitted as the car already had a high level race light. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=caterham+7+high+level+brake+light&client=safari&hl=en-gb&prmd=isvn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjx9-_drsbWAhVJKMAKHRKrCU8Q_AUIESgB&biw=1024&bih=672#imgrc=XDbeLCiHPHGX7M: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=pclip&client=safari&hl=en-gb&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjduKWarsbWAhWMHsAKHXbEDoEQ_AUIDCgE&biw=1024&bih=672&dpr=2#imgrc=WbYO4xMvmKbd3M:
  5. They mount to the rollbar with a P Clip. Same as my larger older version.
  6. Unused pair of Caterham high level race brake lights from a Supersport upgrade kit. Includes UK postage. Will split. These can be used as single high level brake lights. £100 for the two or will split £50?each as can be fitted as a single high level brake light.
  7. These don't come up that often. Rare metric Caged oval hoop Caterham roll cage with a new un attached FIA sticker to apply after painting. It will fit an imperial or metric car. Includes FIA padding for both hoops and head rest included. Excludes delivery. Pick up or mutual meet up preferred. £400 no offers,
  8. I would suggest the Curborough practice days to try different things out. Just rocking up and doing few practice and timed laps isn't much track time for most of us to get dialed in. As Richard says the mods won't knock a few seconds off. Two seconds off would put you close to the class record.
  9. Thanks. I was using 17 in A539's but have started on 18 with ZZR's. Only done 2 events so will try a few different ones in practice.
  10. Richard, Perhaps we could put my wheels on your car at a Curborough test day and see what the numbers tell us? I'm thinking of organizing one in July. Your laps are much more consistent than mine so we might be able to put this one to bed? Andy
  11. Simon that's my take too though I want to use the car for circuit racing too and didn't want to chop and change.
