As i said to another wanted:- My friend and I have just built a 1700 x-flow with a five speed box and limited slipp de-dion rear end, It has flared wings and is a nice French blue, This car has just passed it's SVA and is awaiting registration on a new plate, unfortunatly we can't keep it anymore as my friend who wen't halves with me has had twins so it is for sale before we get to use it, as I say this car has just been built it has all black panels inside and a nice mild tune 1700 x-flow built by Chamberlian, the guys tha do the GT's and Le-mans. it has a standard roll bar and a bench seat, but does have 4 point harnesses, it is sat on a set of 15"prissoner wheels with toyo proxies. I have just had a look on their website and they don't apear to do anything like this any more, any further help would be great, has anyone bought one of these latley or how have they replaced it on their x flow if it goes wrong? Keith

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a new Micro Dynamics amplifier from? This is the one for a cross flow marked as a electronic power coil MK2. we seem to think that it is getting to hot and breaking down, I have tried to find them on the web but can only get a link to demon tweeks for a shift light, does anyone know how to contact them? Is it possible just to make a new amplifier from a modern ignition amplifier, has anyone done this? If so from what vehicle did you get the amplifier? Sorry to ask so many question but this is rather urgent as I have an SVA booked for monday. Heres hoping. Keith

I have just put in a flow ina seven and tried to fire it up, I have got the oil pressure up, fuel is up to the carbs and smelling on the plugs, have checked for spark and that is there, it pops bangs and spits flames from both ends, but will not fire, the car is running a Micro dynamics ignition and a set of twin 40 dellorto's, I would have thought it is the timming but some sound advice would be good, is it just a case of twisting the dizzy until it goes? Any help would be great cheers. Keith

Do you have a contact mail for him please. This must only be on older cars as I had a look in the show room yesterday and the car they had there did not have a second stay? is this because they found they don't need it or that they have changed the lay up or shape of the wing.

I have put a winning bid in for a £1 I thought that there was another stay nearer the back of the wing as well? The front one appears to have the headlamp mount on it, is this correct?
