Problem solved, wires wrong way round 😳 😳 Dave.

The switch has worked fine in the past, although I don't usually switch off the engine this way. Tried it today and the engine continues to run. Iv'e checked all conections which seem fine and as it has worked perfectly in the past, i'm beginning to think it may be the cut off switch itself. Do these switches wear out or should I be looking elsewere? The engine is a vauxhall with DTA ECU. Thanks Dave.
