No, primaries are not included, i used to swop this exhaust with the repackable one at the end of the four into one, so all that went with the car. Although I see someone else is selling R500K primaries in for sale at the moment, don't know if they are the same size?

1. Spare non cat track day exhaust (not re packable) approx silencer size 27"x8"dia. 2. Merlin add on mild steel racing muffler with bracket to suit (useful if you narrowly fail the noise test, can take up 9dBA off. Never used except for test.
3. Sound level meter, as new in box with instructions. Takes the stress out of turning up for your track day noise test.
4. Exhaust repacking, 5 bags of acousta fill. Some blanket, stainless steel ties and clingfilm roll all enough for a repack.
5. 2 exhaust mounting bobbins.
6. 20 litre Jerry can.

Hi Chris, heard you beep Unfortunately I was broken down in the layby waiting for the AA to take me to CC. Something snapped in the clutch, not the cable unfortunately, so CC say engine out job *thumbdown*First time R400 has let me down and it looks expensive.
Nick I've just looked up SVC to see that the replacements are only £36 per pair or £46 with H4 upgraded bulbs, I think at this price an immediate upgrade calls, cheaper than sellotape Thanks to all for the help.
Just noticed that the headlamp lens has a been holed by a stone. Strange as it passed it's MOT this week, so must have happened on the way back Is it possible to just replace the lens or is it a new unit? It is a Wipac quadoptic about 7 " diameter. Thanks for any clues.

Looking to attach a motorcycle style tax disc holder and the obvious place seems to be to use the allen bolt at the base of the windscreen stanchion. Is it a captive thread or nut that this goes into or can I expect to hear same fall off into the double skin panel never to be found again Any advice much appreciated
Our MX5 was sold on here in a couple of days for the asking price after a lot of interest, I think price relating to condition is the factor. Also everyone wanted a photo. Don't be misled by some silly dealer price aspirations at this end of the market, we just looked at pistonheads private sales and tried to gauge the cheaper end from that.Good luck.

What is the current wisdom on the use or not of the wire wool wrapping around the silencer core. I am looking for the best sound reduction rather than longevity. Any thoughts much appreciated.
