Soft Bits For Sevens showercap in excellent condition, complete with stuff bag. This is the standard version, I.e. not the long nose one. Fits Series 5 (SV/CSR) with non FIA bar (SBFS specify it as code H4). Was £85 new. Was thinking £45 as being reasonable, and that will include postage within the UK..Cheers....Richard

Tim....I've got both. The mirrors obviously won't go through the velcro gap in the showerhead, but it all works ok.Cheers...Richard

I can also fully endorse Premier Power and Stuart's work. I have the F175 upgrade and I love it - nice smooth power delivery and a cracking good engine/exhaust note. Stuart's also a pleasure to do business with - he even washes the car before handing it back!

Oil....many congratulations to you all. It will all be a great adventure. Cheers .... Richard and James

Spotted after lunch..driving the country lanes. We were a bunch of mountain bikers!

Hi Ed, I've sent you a mail re the wheel. Let me know if it doesn't arrive as I got 2 messages...one reporting successfully sent and one saying it didn't go!! Cheers...Richard

Phil...my set has arrived safely. They look excellent...thank you very much for all your organisation. Cheers...Richard

sorry Phil - can't see your e-mail address in your spreadsheet - so have sent you a blat mail instead.

monies paid by bank transfer - cheers Phil.

I'd like a set too please...black finish, with rubber strip! Like the majority, no problem with an upfront payment. Cheers....Richard.

i think i've also seen a neat dodge that involves cutting the old belt in half, lengthwise, whilst it is still in situ. This then allows space to place the new belt on part way before cutting the old belt completely off and then sliding the new belt completely on. This way, everything stays aligned.

I'd be interested in an SV version, always good to keep a spare handy just in case the worse happens. Thanks for looking into it.

I've just had to replace my 8mm t-piece too ... it had started to weep. Got all I needed from Car Builder Solutions - arrived within 2 days.

I have just taken delivery of a couple of square yards of 3mm rubber to do just this. Will cut it up into manageable pieces and stick in place.

I too use Ratrace at potter's bar and am very happy with them.

James...I don't know about the fit, but I was planning on an FIA bar for my metric just for a very occasional club track day, but was put off eventually by the increasing cost because it would also have meant an alteration to the boot cover, or a new one.

Richard .. of the 4 I tried, it wasn't the csr one or the wider one. There were 2 that, to me, looked identical - it was one of those.
-
Richard... cheers....it fits like a glove shaped item of clothing.

spotted heading along the A602 on the Tonwell bypass about 7.45am.

Nice shiny blue one on the M1 heading north near junction 22A, sometime around 10am this morning.
-
Great idea - I've never been totally happy with my set up but have been to lazy to do much about it. I'd take a left and a right please. Cheers.... Richard

Hi - sorry, missed your wave ☹️. We'd spent the day at Premier Power and were on our way home to Hertfordshire. I'd just pulled in to set the satnav for the nearest petrol station - almost out go juice!
