I had something similar happening on my new 420R, my issue was the TPS (throttle position sensor) - I ended changing it out twice, the last time for a genuine part.
-
Gareth - per my PM - do you have any interest in my LSD diff??
-
Gareth - I've pm'd you

Hi - I removed my LSD diff from my 420R at the end of last year and wish to sell it. The pre-load measures just over 50 ft/lb; sintered plates, complete with diff carrier. I've now moved over to an open diff. Cheers.....Richard

Must admit, I went and switched my LSD diff to an open one - which I suspect will be fine for my driving use and style.

ED - I've just pm'd you.

Taken off my new 420R - suits Ford Sigma and Ford Duratec with standard analogue gauges.
This is the Caterham Parts listing for it:

From my <2 year old 420R. As my car is primarily used for touring and just the occasional trackday I decided to switch out my LSD diff (sintered plates) for an open diff. The work was carried out by 7 Works Automotive (Biggleswade) and I have a video clip of their measuring the static pre-load - which comes out as 50ft/lb. It comes complete with the diff carrier - so is ready to slot straight into your car. Cheers Richard.

Hi - sadly I am unable to attend the forthcoming club trackday at Snetterton, and have asked the club if they can re-sell my place to another club member. If you are interested you need to call the admins. Cheers....Richard

David - PM sent (they can take a while to come through though) - Cheers!

I think from your other posts, which I've just noticed, it sounds like it would - in which case can I have first dibs please?
-
Hi David - I can't recall, would the bag fit an SV?
-
If you check in the For Sale section I have one for sale!

Andy (#59) - sounds a good idea to me! If we PM each other it should be something we could arrange in the near future
-
AlanO - if it helps I'm in Stevenage and have a new 420R - SV body. I'm 5'11" & under 13 stone and my wife is a lot smaller - and we love the SV. We primarily tour, with the occasional track day, and wanted the less 'snug' version for the little bit of extra space around us - especially elbow room, for when we're touring.
You're welcome to come and try it for size etc. when allowed.
Cheers.....Richard

Do you have any other bondage gear available?
-
If you have an unwanted & unloved re-bag hiding in the depths of your garage I might be willing to buy it from you if it is in good nick and will fit an SV! Cheers.....Richard

I obtained these mirrors with the intent of fitting them to my new aero screen, but I didn't realise the screen would come with mirrors already attached, thus these are for sale.
SPA Design Formula High Impact Nylon Race Mirrors, new and unused. Left and right side mirrors with convex glass.

Roger - the Alps sounds fantastic and we'd be interested provided it doesn't clash with my already-planned trip to Colditz in the 7 (May 19-28). Cheers....Richard
