Originally on a 2004 Academy (so standard track, S3, imperial) but now surplus to requirements: Front anti-roll bar, orange (1/2") complete with end balls, dustcovers, orange rubbers and mounting brackets £20. Front anti-roll bar red (5/8") complete with end balls, dustcovers and, red rubbers (no mounting brackets) £15. Pair of Rear Bilstein dampers (M2- Caterham part no 75531) with springs (Caterham part no 71198) £70 the pair. Pair of front Bilstein dampers (M0- Caterham part no 75526) with springs (Caterham part no 75511) £70 the pair. Note, these do not have adjustable platforms. Just upgraded so have a 26" Sony LCD TV looking for a new home (Model KDL-26U3000). It has worked perfectly for us since we got it (late 2007) but doesn't really have any value. Free to a good home or donation to NTL. Collection from South Bucks. Kenny

The Reebok i-run (manufacturer's number re-14301) is a compact treadmill (approx 130cm(h) 80cm(w) 160cm(l)) suitable for home use that folds to take up less space (folded dimensions approx 160x80x50cm) It has multiple programs and can display time, distance, pulse and calories. This is a bit over three years old, has had light use and is in good condition (a couple of scuffs on the plastic). Stopped using it as now I prefer to go out to run! £100, but because of its size collection from South Bucks will need to be arranged. Kny

I also have four silver 6x13 minilites if you need any more! They have been raced and so not in perfect condition, but they are true. They have tyres on, but there is no tread left on the tyres. Kenny

Mark, Yes, I'm here. As you say a great day for it! I'd just come over from Woburn Sands (a a lovely road for a 7) and still had 30 miles of country roads ahead of me... Fantastic !!! By the way, don't think you needed that hat! Kenny

OK, my description was ambiguous. The "less than 1000 miles" are road miles - none on track, and the tread looks like new - around 5mm depth. When I had them taken off the rims the fitter couldn't understand why I was taking "new" tyres off. Quiet one, I have emailed you. Kenny
