Sorted! Big thank you to all who've helped (especially Regin & Mark). All it took was someone who knows what they're doing, a few wires were swapped, earth sorted and she starts!! Now all I have to worry about it the rain 😔

No joy last night, battery was pretty flat after all the playing around at the weekend (forgot to put it on the conditioner 😔), charging at the moment so will be Saturday now...

I've got exactly what your looking at, '02 R300 with RTBs. Didn't have an issues with low RPM once I'd adjusted to the 7 (your sensitivity with the loud pedal will probably improve), same with idling - no issues at all. I have however killed two batteries (the crappy Banner ones - had no issues since I installed a Powervamp) in the 2 years of owning it, primerily because it was my daily driver for the first 12-14 months and was started in the depth of winter after spending the night outside. I would imagine that garaged it wouldn't be as much of an issue. Now I have a dull motorway trudge to work so use the tintop for that...

Hi RJ, Recieved the ECU & CS today - thank you. Given that my ECU has a fault/has died is there any danger in connecting yours up? Last thing I want to do is kill two of these things

Hi All, I've been tearing my hair out trying to get my R300 to start, but to no avail (see 'Fuel injectors not injesting' for more info). Would any experts in the North Hants/South Berks area have an evening to spare to see what the issue is? Failing that anyone know if SBD or similar would do call-outs? Don't have a trailer so not got too many options...
