  1. Given I had to defrost the car this morning some of you might now be thinking again about winter tyres! Still available if anyone is interested.
  2. Yes, its that time of year again - the leaves are falling, the woodburner is lit, and we're wondering when we'll get some snow! 4 x Goodyear Ultragrip Performance winter tyres on Alutec alloys to fit a fit BMW F11 5 Series. Good condition. Size 225/55 R17 Collect Oxfordshire or may be able to courier for extra cost. £300 PM me and I can email you pictures.

  4. Hi Brian, Sorry, I should have added that. They're door mirrors I'm afraid. Kind regards Ed
  5. Hi All, Having a clear out and have the following for sale: 10 Spoke 15" Anthractite wheel shod with a 195 45 R15 Avon CR500. Rim in very good condition, unsure as to age of tyre, £75 Pair of 3M film rear wing protectors for S3 Caterham - I had these trimmed by Premier Paint Guard so they protect the same area as the stainless ones you can buy from Caterham - saves the tricky wrap over the edge of the wing! £25 inc P&P to a UK address. Pair of sidescreen mirrors, still boxed - £25 inc P&P to a UK address. Pair of side screens/doors for S3 - drivers door has slight modification - probably best if you email me if you're interested and I can send you some pictures. Ed
  6. Sadly I am selling my much loved 2002 Roadsport spec 7. Specification as follows: - Unmolested 1.6 Rover K series engine with Apollo tank. - 5 speed gearbox - Anthracite 10 spoke alloy wheels - Adjustable suspension - Limited Slip Differential - SLR roll cage - Bespoke Softbits for Sevens half hood and shower cap (only used twice!) - Tillet seats with 4 point harnesses - Momo quick release steering wheel - Push button start The car has done about 8,600 miles and is taxed and MOT'd (no advisories) to the end of January 2015. I am told the car was built to a very high standard by a former Lotus Seven Club Chairman. It is in excellent condition following a strip down (it was an Academy car), some engine and drivetrain refreshment, several new panels, new chassis, and respray about 3 years ago. Road use only since the work was completed. In my ownership the car has been professionally maintained by a specialist, and recent work aside from maintenance includes setting up the suspension and a new starter motor. Red, with black wings and nose cone - it looks superb! I'd like it to go to a good home. £14,000 Blatmail me for photos or if you have any questions or want to view. 7. About 10.30 this morning. I was travelling the other way enjoying the winter sun too!

Glad you passed the MOT and sorry about the colour error - the orange tint could have been the haze of grit!! Wasn't it good to get out in the sun
  9. Orange on the Fairmile kicking up the grit at about 3.30 this afternoon! I was in the red Supersport going the other way. Cold wasn't it!
  10. If he were to consider a new one I'd also talk to Creative Marine in Norfolk. They have built a new boat and refurbished three others for us at work and done a superb job with each. If building a new one I'd probably go for an electric motor in a slipper, the technology now is supposed to be superb and the batteries last for ages. It is lovely to cruise along in peace and quite.
  11. Outside my office by the river, 2 up, looking cold but clearly enjoying the sunshine!
  12. Twisted Performance and Alive Tuning crop up a lot in the Landy magazines (well I have to read something when I've finished Low Flying!) A lot recommend a bigger intercooler too if you really want some beans. Duckworth Land Rover also do mapping I think and as I recall they used to honour the warranty too. I'd be interested to hear how you get on if you go for it. Good luck (and keep an eye out for the tin worm too whilst its under warranty - my first lot appeared at 8 months old...)
