Hi Nigel, As Ben said fitted we fitted Bens set (thank Ben!), to mine on Saturday, I've been for 3 runs since, coolant level hasn't dropped and I've checked all hoses/joints after and they were all bone dry. Off to see Markiebabies later so will check them again. Ed 😬

Hi Graeme, Try wiggling the wires that attach to the starter motor, and rocking the car forward and back whilst in gear used to work for me. I then installed a relay as recommended and that did help, also taking the starter motor off and greasing the relevant bits made a difference. In the end after years of trouble I got a new starter motor with the solinoid beneth the starter motor, since doing this I haven't had a problem. SevenSpeed sell the same starter motor here.
