I too have an Eleven and am 6 foot and have my seat forward by 2 inches. If I put the seat back to the furthest position I cannot depress the clutch to engage a gear.

I drive with a straight leg slightly raised.

My car however is from the 1980 batch but the chassis and body are the same as the 2005 batch. Hope this helps
